Saw a bit of their set. Their sound was cool, but we all were wondering why there was a naked guy at the stage.... ? :)

Deathstars

Really, really GOOD! For my surprise I think that their show was the best in this years Ruisrock. Didn't know all the songs, because I am a quite new fan, but loved every song they played. During this show I really fell in love with this lovely Swedish band. <3

 Disturbed

I had really waited for this band, but didn't see much of them because of all the tall and big men infront of me.... thanks a lot! Anyways I was really surprised that Disturbed played "Hell", it was really nice. And the rest of their set was good too.









Slipknot

We had waited for this band a lot too, but I had the same problem I had in the Disturbed gig; big, tall men all around. The pits and jumping around me was just a little too hardcore; most of the people were three times my size!! I was having a really hard time in the crowd. Also I wore shoes that weren't ideal for these kind of events, they were kind of in the way. Well anyways the show was great, even though Slipknot didn't play "Pulse Of The Maggots" and the fact that I didn't actually see the band much.




Saturday:

Disco Ensemble
They had a good set.... During this show it started to rain.

Tehosekoitin
A really big disappointment. And it was raining heavily too.

In Flames
Quite nice.

The Sounds

Tony The Beat was the first song! Yey! And they had a good setlist. Also Maja was so cool.











Mew

A really good band. I love their songs and sound. It's so beautiful and calming. We were really far away from the stage, which was a little annoying. But at least we saw the visuals well. A really good ending for my Ruisrock this year.
